Membership Privileges & Categories


All of our Memberships include:

  • Unlimited use of the dining facilities
  • Use of the banquet facilities for meetings, parties, or receptions.
  • Use of the Club’s Fitness Facilities, including the Indoor Pool 
  • Participation in our aerobics, aqua-aerobics and any other fitness class the Club may be offering.
    (Please note that a separate fee may be charged.)
  • Unlimited use of the Men's & Ladies' Locker Rooms


 

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS:  Corporate Resident Club Membership has the same privileges as the Resident Club Membership with the added benefit of allowing one Golf Designee and two Social Member Designees (with no allocated dues). These memberships are issued in the name of a corporation and then assigned to employees for use.  Designees may be changed from time-to-time, subject to the approval of the new Designee by the Board of Directors, and payment of a transfer fee.

The corporation may purchase additional memberships for an amount decided by the Board of Directors.
 
Twelve (12) Month Introductory Memberships:   The introductory membership is availabe in all categories of membership. Upon receipt and approval of completed application documents, you will begin paying the monthly dues for the chosen category of membership for a period of twelve (12) months. There are no inititaion fees during the initial twelve (12) month period. At the end of the twelve (12) months, the initiation fee is calculated and the payment schedule begins according to the chosen membership category and the current membership offering. In addition, any member may cancel their membership for any reason within the first thirty (30) days of acceptance to the Club by submitting a written letter of resignation to the General Manager. The member's deposit (if applicable) will be refunded and promissory note (if applicable) destroyed. Any ancillary charges incurred by the member during the first thirty day period will be their responisbility and due upon receipt of the billing statement. 

SWIM TEAM ONLY:  This membership category will be available to children until they reach the age of 18. Children in this category will only be able to use the pool as part of the team practices and swim meets. This membership does not include any other club privileges.

RESIDENT CLUB & JUNIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIPS:  Include use of the Club’s entire facility, plus the use of the Golf Course and Golf Practice Facilities.

HOUSE MEMBERSHIP:  Includes unlimited use of Dining Facilities, indoor/outdoor Swim, Aerobics, Tennis and Racquetball.

SWIM:  Includes unlimited use of Dining Facilities, the Indoor and Outdoor Pool Facilities, Aerobics and Fitness Center.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
: Includes unlimited use of Dining Facilities, Indoor Pool, Aerobics and Fitness Center.

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP: Non-Resident members must live and work outside of a one-hundred (100) mile radius of the Club. Non-Resident members’ privileges include the use of the Club’s sports facilities up to a total of 15 times per Membership Year (May 1st – April 30th).

1. Sports facilities are defined as the Golf Course, Golf Practice Facilities, Indoor and Outdoor Tennis Courts, racquetball court and Indoor and Outdoor Pools.

2. The counting of the number of times a Non-Resident member uses the sports facilities, as defined for the Non-Resident category, is equal to one use when used either;
    
a. simultaneously by the member and/or the member’s family; or
    
b. an individual family member; or individually, by the
        member.

3. Non-Resident golf fee(s) and other facility use fee charges are charged at regular guest fee rates. 

LEGACY MEMBERSHIP: Members' children and/or parents may now join on their own at 50% of the current initiation fee in the membership category of their choice.

CALLABLE MEMBERSHIP:  Includes all privileges of the Club Membership.  New nominees choosing this category will pay annual fee, plus Resident Club dues and a monthly assessment fee while Callable Members.  If a Callable member joins as a permanent member within four (4) years of their initial application, fifty (50) per cent of their initiation fees paid to date will apply toward the permanent membership initiation fee. Once the Resident Club Category reaches 360 members (subject to change), Callable Members will be asked to join the Club at the current full initiation fee or be replaced by a new applicant who chooses to pay the full initiation fee.
