Guy J. Guarino

CCM, CCE General Manager

A Certified Club Manager, Guy brings an impressive background to Travis Pointe Country Club and to the Ann Arbor marketplace. Most recently, Guy served for three years as Director of Development and General Manager of The Club at LochenHeath in Williamsburg, Michigan, where he oversaw the development of the community and the management of the private club. Under his leadership, The Club at LochenHeath was honored by Links Magazine for two consecutive years as “Top 100 Premier Golf Communities” and by GolfWorld Business as “100 Best Golf Shops” in the private club category.

Over the years, Guy has served as General Manager of some of the country’s finest private country clubs, including FireRock Country Club in Fountain Hills, Arizona; Red Mountain Ranch Country Club in Mesa, Arizona; Winding Hollow Country Club in New Albany, Ohio; Stonebridge Country Club in McKinney, Texas; and Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, Texas. During this time, Guy has also hosted several major golf events including: the Murata Seniors Reunion in 1989, the Murata Reunion Pro-Am from 1990-1992, the JC Penny LPGA Golf Skins Game in 1990 and the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championship in 1994.

Guy, a graduate of Texas A & M University, also is an expert on turf grass management, with advance training from Penn State University. He is recognized throughout the nation as one of the country’s leading club managers and has served as president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer and educational chairman of the Greater Southwest chapter of the Club Managers Association of America, as well as numerous positions for the CMAA in Texas and Ohio.

Kori Isaac

Membership & Communication Director

Kori was born and raised here in Washtenaw County, and has been living in the Ann Arbor / Saline area for the past 12 years with her husband and two children.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Kori joins the management team at TPCC with 14 years of marketing and sales experience. Kori’s professional focus and expertise is in client relationship management and brand marketing. From her days at and MLive Media Group, Kori developed a deep appreciation for local businesses and promoting growth within our local economy. She has a strong devotion to our community and will continue to work with our local residents and businesses in promoting our club and growing membership.
Kori looks forward to working hand-in-hand with members to stimulate membership recruitment and retention efforts within the club.

Mike Areddy

Head Golf Professional

Mike Areddy has been the Head Golf Professional at Travis Pointe since 1990. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mike has been a PGA Member for more than 15 years. He has attended PGA business Schools I and II, as well as various annual golf seminars. Mike is considered one of the top teaching pros in the state and has a loyal following of Travis Pointe members.

Mike caddied at Franklin Hills from 1969-1974 and was a Shop Assistant there from 1974-1979. He was an Assistant Golf Professional there from 1979-1984 and an Assistant Golf Professional at Pine Lake from 1985-1989 before joining Travis Pointe.

In December 2009, Mike was featured in PGA Magazine and accredited for his expertise in custom fitting golf clubs for his clientele. He declares that his more than 20 years of teaching and 18-plus years of club fitting experience allow him to fit clubs, in most cases, simply with the “trained eye.” Mike also works closely with manufacturers and club retailers to ensure the best possible fit for any client.

Rocky Mullendore

2019 Head Golf Professional

Rocky Mullendore will take over as the Head Golf Professional at Travis Pointe on January 1, 2019. He has been on the Golf Professional staff at Travis Pointe since 2007. A graduate of Webber International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Rocky earned his PGA membership in 2010 and was awarded Michigan PGA Assistant of the Year in 2017. Since then, Rocky has continued to expand his expertise, adding his Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute certification in 2017 and his Level 2 Junior certification in 2018.

Rocky has combined his passion for golf and fitness to create a season-long approach to improving one’s game. He has made it his goal to utilize all of Travis Pointe’s outstanding facilities to enhance the club experience for all members and their guests. Both on and off the course, Rocky helps players of all skill levels to maximize their playing abilities.

Members of all playing levels have benefitted from Rocky’s instruction. His teaching proficiency has helped numerous club champions (Junior, Men & Women’s and Senior Men’s and Women’s), as well as multiple junior golfers to earn collegiate golf scholarships. With Rocky’s enthusiasm and continued specialization, he plans to offer Travis Pointe members the best in equipment fitting, golf instruction, and physical training for decades to come.

Steve Kemp


Steve joined the Management Team at Travis Pointe Country Club in 2013 with a background in manufacturing. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Steve has a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Keith MacBride

Food & Beverage Service Director

Keith grew up in Hartland, Michigan and has lived in Saline for more than 20 years.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Keith worked for Travis Pointe for 10 years after graduation, then at the London Chop House in Detroit followed by the Moveable Feast in Ann Arbor. Keith re-joined the Management Team in 1996.

Keith  enjoys being close to our members and the daily challenge of making their experience in the restaurant an enjoyable one.

Dan Prichard

Catering Account Executive
Dan comes to us from the Ann Arbor Sheraton Hotel, where he was responsible for recruiting and retaining banquet style functions from social to corporate events. Dan has a very solid culinary background, including culinary training from Oakland Community College.

Dan has 28 years of hospitality experience with 18 of those being in hospitality management. His past positions have included: working as the Food and Beverage Director at The Medalist Golf Course in Marshall, MI; Club Manager at Arbor Hills Country Club in Jackson, MI; and Executive Chef at Dan’s River Grill in Manchester, MI.
Dan demonstrates knowledge in hospitality sales, contract negotiation, conference coordination, staff, and customer satisfaction. He is highly creative and has a strong commitment to excellence in all projects under his responsibility.

Mike Miller

Building Maintenance Manager

Mike has been in the building maintenance industry since 1981 when he worked with Sarns/3M in Ann Arbor. In 1985, Mike left for Scottsdale, Arizona for a position in property management. Upon his return to the area, Mike joined the Management Team at Travis Pointe Country Club in 1988 and stayed with the club until 1998 when he entered the home building business. Mike re-joined Travis Pointe in 2002 and was instrumental in leading the construction of the 2003 club renovation project.

Mike, an Ann Arbor native, has been a licensed builder since 1981.

Tom Moore

Director of Tennis

Tom brings a wealth of country club experience to Travis Pointe, including recently serving ten years as the Racquet’s Director at the Woodstock Club in Indianapolis, Indiana where he led both the tennis and platform tennis programs. Tom is certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association, Professional Tennis Registry, Professional Platform Tennis Association and is currently working toward additional certification within Heath Waters’ ACE System. He has experience running events such as Professional and Midwest level tennis tournaments and the Mixed National Platform Championships. Tom’s expertise extends off the court to pro shop management, racquet stringing and clay court maintenance/construction. He loves the variety of working with all levels of children and adults and looks forward to the opportunity to take your game to the next level.

Sharon Seay

Accounts Receivable

Sharon began as our receptionist in 1984 and was quickly promoted to the Accounting Department, overseeing member billing. Her attention to detail makes it a perfect fit.

John Seefeldt

CGCS, Golf Course Superintendent

John started his golf career at the age of 12 at a mom and pop operation. At age 18 he enrolled at Michigan State University and worked at Barton Hills Country Club and Walnut Hills Country Club over the next two years. He accepted the Assistant Superintendent position at the Country Club of Lansing during his senior year. He graduated from the College of Crop and Soil Sciences with an emphasis in “Turfgrass Management” in March of 1988.

In February of 1995, John joined the team at Travis Pointe Country Club. He became nationally certified in 2001 and, in the spring of 2004, became certified in the Environmental Management Program in “Employee Safety and Right to Know” and “Storage Disposal and Recycling”.

Daniel Graft 


2019 Golf Course Superintendent

On January 1, 2019; Daniel Graft will be taking over as the Golf Course Superintendent at Travis Pointe Country Club.  Danny, as many of you know him by, has been at Travis Pointe for eight seasons.  He is a graduate of Michigan State’s 2-year turf program.  During his time at MSU, Danny was awarded scholarships from the GCSAA (National) and the MiGCSA (state) affiliations.  He is currently a member of both.  Danny started working on a golf course at the age of 16.  At 21, he became the superintendent at Willow Wood Golf Club in Portland, Michigan where he grew up.  Danny also worked at Walnut Hills Country Club and Milwaukee Country Club in Wisconsin.  He is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In the future, he hopes to obtain his certification for the GCSAA.  Danny looks forward to maintaining our championship course for the members and giving them the best course conditions to play on.

Saeed (Sid) Shir-Shekar

Locker Room Operations' Manager

Saeed has been working in the service and hospitality industry since 1988. He has been Manager of the Club's Men's Locker Room operations since 1995 and has now added management of the Women's Locker Room operations to his responsibilities. Prior to joining Travis Pointe, Saeed worked as a Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager for Howard Johnson Hotel.

Kara Smith

Aquatic and Fitness Director

Kara, originally from Buffalo, NY, attended the University of Pittsburgh where she earned her B.S. in Movement Science and her Master’s degree in Teaching Health and Physical Education. As a former diver at the University of Pittsburgh, Kara was an NCAA Division I All American.

Kara Smith brings with her over twenty years of Aquatic and Fitness experience.  While in Buffalo from 1998-2004, Kara was employed at UB as the Head Diving Coach, Aquatics Director, and professor of the American Red Cross Lifeguard training course & the American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor course.  Kara also held positions as a Head Diving Coach /Owner of Wings Diving LLC, and a Personal Trainer for SAFETI training at the Buffalo Athletic Club.                                                                                
After moving to Michigan, Kara continued coaching diving with her husband, Buck Smith, for Michigan’s #1 age-group diving program, Legacy Diving out of EMU. Kara is currently the Administrator of Legacy Diving, as well as the Saline High School Varsity Diving Coach.
Kara has worked here at Travis Pointe for twelve years as our Aquatics and Fitness Director.  Kara is a certified personal trainer in ACE: American Council on Exercise.  She lives in Ypsilanti with her husband Buck Smith, and two children, Allie and Karlie.

Stephanie Stillwagon

Administrative Assistant

Stephanie first started working for Travis Pointe in 2006 and graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. 
Stephanie enjoys working in the country club industry and for the members of Travis Pointe.


 Erik Bruley

Tennis Professional

Erik is a tennis enthusiast who has over 14 years of playing experience, as well as a strong passion for teaching and sharing the game with others. He has a 4.5 USTA ranking and loves to compete and enjoys playing the game. Erik has been teaching professionally for 4 years and joined the Travis Pointe/Baseline team back in 2012. This year he coached and ran Travis Pointe's Junior Team Tennis program, which falls in line with his devotion of youth player development. Erik works with players of all ages and playing levels. He really enjoys the variety that Travis Pointe has to offer.


Carlos Nunez Jr.

Personal Trainer

Carlos has been a Personal Trainer since 2000 and has been teaching group classes since 2004. He is skilled and comfortable with people of all ages and diverse exercise backgrounds. If you are looking to get stronger or leaner, are recovering from an injury or dealing with a life challenge or degeneration of any kind, Carlos can be of service. Carlos is certified in the following:

  • NASM Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • USA Weightlifting – Sports Performance Coach
  • ACE Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
  • Mad Dogg - Spinning Instructor
  • YMCA Working with Kids and Senior.
  • CPR Instructor

He is also certified to teach conditioning kickboxing, sports conditioning, spinning, boot camp, body sculpting, core strengthening and stretching.
